The only Certified Graduate Builder recognized by the National Association of Home Builders in Wise County, TX. Barry Stone, owner of Efficient Home Concepts, is a Professional Building Designer, and member of the Texas Institute of Building Design as well as the American Institute of Building Design. Barry has over 30 years of Building Design and Building Construction experience.

Efficient Home Concepts is Veteran-Owned Business and a VA Registered Builder. We also work with the Texas Veterans Land Board (TVLB). At Efficient Home Concepts, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
