At Large Marge’s we use only the best quality fresh produce, meat from Philly, and the one and only Amoroso rolls. Large Marge’s was started in 2007 in Wheat Ridge by a woman named Marge.

Marge lived in south Philly and brought all of the true Philly style and attitude with her to Wheat Ridge and found herself starting a Philly Cheesesteak restaurant. She was open 6 years and passed the torch along to 2 young men named Brett and Tyler. All of the recipies, procedures, etc have been passed along from Marge, and are used today to continue on Large Marge’s Philly Cheesesteaks just the same as the day she opened the doors. In 2011 Large Marge’s Philly Cheesesteak was voted “Best Philly Cheesesteak” in the Best of Westword awards.
