Up-Side Management Company (U-SMC) is an SBA certified 8(a), HUBZone, Minority Owned, Small Disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. With offices in North Carolina, Florida, and Indiana, U-SMC provides a broad range of construction, renovation, and facility repair/maintenance services, including Design/Build and Design-Bid-Build. U-SMC specializes in Department of Defense, US Government, state, municipal, and industrial contracts.

U-SMC was formed in North Carolina by Mr. Victor R. Letourneaut. Letourneaut has 20+ years of management experience, including providing advice, guidance, and recommendations to the Senior and Deputy Advisor of the Iraqi Intervention Forces on all aspects of personnel, organization, training, tactics, force protection and operations; later, Mr. Letourneaut provided oversight and supervision of more than 20 US Embassy contractors in support of the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq.
