OUR STORY

X Cycle Repair (X.C.R.) was started in 2003, when owners Colin Eck (a Marine Veteran & graduate of MMI) and wife Jackie (a graduate of Coastal Carolina Community College in R.E.A.L Entrepreneurship) wanted to become business owners for themselves. Focusing all efforts on serving Jesus through serving the public as a Faith based business, they prided themselves on giving top service at the best price. So they formed the phrase, “The service you deserve, at the price you can afford!”.

In December of 2006, X.C.R. decided to give back to the kids of local motocross (MX) and developed Team XCR. The idea: Promote the importance of education through motocross. Like school sponsored sports, X.C.R. sponsored local MX riders. Maintained passing grades and positive attitudes these kids received rider rewards; free repair and low cost parts! Sadly due to the economy, X.C.R. had to end their Race Team in 2008.

In 2011, X.C.R. built a new service and repair shop in Newport, NC, which opened February of 2012. This is where X Cycle Repair currently provides all their services to the public.
